Desription:

Also called radish cake. It is a popular traditional Cantonese dim sum dish made from shredded white radish and rice flour, often pan-fried until golden brown.  It is a common food during the Lunar New Year, symbolizing 'rising higher year by year'.  The radish also sounds like 'good fortune'.

Cooking Instructions :

Cook from Chilled.  Remove all Packaging.  Add a couple of tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan over low heat.  Fry the cakes on both sides for 6-7 mins.

Keep CHILLED at 2C to 4C
