Desription:

Tradition Chinese New Year sweet. Glutinous rice cake made with coconut milk and brown sugar. It is eaten during Lunar New Year for Good Luck.

Ingredients :

Glutinous Rice Flour, Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract, Water, Citric Acid (as antioxidant), Rapeseed Oil, Rice Flour, Brown Sugar, Potato Flour, Wheat Flour, Water.

Allergy advice: For allergens including cereals containing glutens, see ingredients in bold. May contain gluten, egg, fish, crustacean, peanut, soya, milk, celery, sesame,mustard, molluscs.

Cooking Instructions :

Cook from Chilled.  Remove all Packaging.  Add a couple of tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan over low heat.  Fry the cakes on both sides for 6-7 mins.

Storage:

Keep CHILLED at 2C to 4C
